Every client brings a brief, files, feedback and decisions spread over email, chats and calls. Seylo gives each client a project of its own, so picking a job back up after three weeks takes a minute.
What a client gathers
The brief, the files they sent, the references they liked, each round of work and what they said about it. One project per client, a space per job, and the decisions written down once: the deadline, the budget, what is included.
Saved from wherever it arrives
A page they pointed you to, a screenshot of their notes, the answer from ChatGPT that cracked the problem: right-click it and choose Save to Seylo, or share it from your iPhone into that client's project. Files they send go in next to it.
Share it with the client
On Pro, share a project with up to 2 people by email address, as viewers who can read it or editors who can add to it. Deleting the project stays with you alone.
Your AI knows the client
Connect Claude or ChatGPT and they read the client's project before they write: the brief, the feedback, what was decided. Ask for a proposal or the next round and you are not explaining the client again. Connecting your AI is part of Pro.
What it costs
Seylo is free for 3 active projects, with the Library and the browser extension included. Pro is $8.99 per month, billed annually, and is where connecting your AI tools and sharing a project live. The whole list is on the pricing page.
