Record what came from what

Any asset can point at the one it came from. A decision can come from a note, a prompt can come from a script. Lineage runs across types, because that is how work actually moves.

When saving through the extension, use the Came from field. If exactly one thing was saved from the same conversation, Seylo suggests it and tells you why. If several were, it asks rather than guessing: a wrong link applied silently is worse than no link at all.

Inside the app, open an asset and use Move or relink. Anything already below the asset is left out of the list, because that would close a loop.
