What counts toward storage

Your storage allowance covers uploaded files: images, video, PDFs, anything attached to an asset. The text you write and save, including long notes and full conversation excerpts, does not count against it.

There are two separate limits and they fail differently. Your total allowance is 0 GB on Free and 20 GB on Pro. Separately, a single file cannot exceed 10 MB on Free or 500 MB on Pro.

“This one file is too large” and “you are out of room” are different problems, and Seylo tells you which one you hit. Sending you to buy space you did not need would be the wrong answer to the first.

Deleting a file frees its space immediately. Settings → Plan shows what you are using.
